Description of Zoom Group Classes

ALL CLASSES RUN FOR A 6-WEEK SESSION AND COST $90/SESSION - DROP-INS $18/CLASS  -  EMAIL ME FOR INFO at - Click on "Register for Class" starting February 22nd in top right corner to register and pay. 


*Buff Bones® Pilates Mat  Zoomed - The Buff Bones® workout is especially in mind for those with Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, Arthritis or the goal of slowing down bone loss and improving joint health.  An Osteo safe workout that includes weights, functional movement, Pilates mat, and balance exercises.  Class starting on Tuesday,  April 5 at 5:15pm


Total Body Stretch Zoomed - The Total Body Stretch class starts with 10 minutes of core work and is followed by stretching every major muscle group.  A great class for gaining flexibility and core strength. Props used are a resistance band and foam roller.  Class starting on Thursday, April 7 at 5:15pm  



*Must be able to get up and down from the floor and be stable on 2 feet.  An exercise mat  and small towel are required. The class will be performed barefoot or you must wear non-slip socks.
