In this Workshop you will learn easy & effective back and core-strengthening Pilates exercises specifically for equestrians. If you want to continue riding throughout your life without worrying about the effects of osteoporosis, hip and back pain, this is the workshop for you! I have been helping equestrians stay in the saddle for over 25 years.
Buff Bones® Pilates Mat Class Zoomed - The Buff Bones® workout is especially in mind for those with Osteoporosis, Osteopenia or the goal of slowing down bone loss and improving joint health. An Osteo safe workout that includes weights, functional movement, Pilates mat, and balance exercises. Must be able to get up and down from the floor and be stable on 2 feet. An exercise mat and small towel are required. The class will be performed barefoot or you must wear non-slip socks.
