Description of Classes

Bone Building  Pilates & Strength Training - Bone building workout especially in mind for those with Osteoporosis, Osteopenia or the goal of slowing down bone loss.  An Osteo safe workout that includes weights, functional movement, Pilates mat, and balance exercises. Must be able to get up and down from the floor and be stable on 2 feet.  An exercise mat  and small towel are required. The class will be performed barefoot or you must wear grippy socks. (Held Tues 5:15pm at Carver)

*Stretch + Abs/Foam Roller - This class starts with 15 minutes of core work and is followed by stretching every major muscle group using a dynaband and a Foam Roller.  A great class for gaining flexibility and core strength.  An exercise mat is required.
