 MONDAY EVENING - PILATES MAT STARTS 1/9

TUESDAY MORNING - CARDIO/STRENGTH INTERVAL (LOW IMPACT AEROBICS + WEIGHTS & ABS) STARTS 1/10
(Held at Footloose Dance & Fitness Studio) 10:30-11:30 All Levels - Fee is $60 - Drop-ins $12

TUESDAY MORNING - PILATES MAT STARTS 1/10 (Held at Footloose Dance & Fitness Studio) 11:30-12:20 All Levels - Fee is $60 - Drop-ins $12

THURSDAY EVENING - STRENGTH TRAINING STARTS 1/12 (Held at Carver Center) Register at www.loudoun.gov 4:30 - 5:00

THURSDAY EVENING - TOTAL BODY STRETCH PLUS ABS STARTS 1/12 (Held at Carver Center) 5:15-6:00 All Levels – Fee is $60 - Drop-ins$12/class

DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES

Strength Training - this is a quick 30 minute class which is made up of a 5 minute warm up and then the remaining time we use dumbbells, bands, tubes and the exercise ball, to strengthen all major muscle groups.

Stretch + Abs - a 45 minute class starting with ab work and then the remaining time stretching all major muscle groups.

Pilates - 50 minute workout performing the 34 Pilates mat exercises and then finishing with dumbbells, Pilates ring and Wall work. Great class for strengthing the core.

Low Impact Cardio/Strength Interval - 1 hour class with intervals of low impact aerobics and strenth training, ending with ab work and a stretch, for a total body workout! Be ready to sweat in this class!!
